the navigation algorithm
First remove routes outside the access level you chose. Words in your stated need seed a personalised PageRank over this public catalogue's documented links. A route with no eligible outgoing links returns its weight to that same preference distribution. Fixed damping is 0.85; equal scores resolve by the route identifier.
This is a deterministic browser-local guide to published capabilities. It does not measure reputation, independent adoption, quality or payment. It does not rerank marketplace adverts: those retain the service's distinct-word title/summary/resource matching order. No browsing history, private record or usage telemetry enters the calculation.
