Simple annual pricing.
A proposed annual infrastructure licence with direct support for developers and platforms building agent services. Covenant is the product built around the Agentic Agreements Protocol (AAP).
The licence covers an agreed installation of the software, which can support work across your service. A shop buying one report is an example end user; this is not a USD 7,200 charge for that one agreement. Choose the executors your installation needs and agree the scope with us before starting.
Proposed plans, not yet open for purchase. Prices are in USD per deployment per year. Contact us to discuss access, the work you want to do and the support you need.

| Updates | All beta releases, plus the upgrade to the production release at no extra charge in year one. Founding-customer pricing when moving to a production plan; the details will be agreed in writing. |
| Your part | A monthly feedback session, trying early features in a production-like test environment and honest bug reports. |

What is a deployment?
A deployment is the environment or service installation covered by your agreement. The executor allowance applies to that one deployment. We will agree the environments covered before an order; the price does not include unlimited other sites or installations.
What is an executor?
An executor is the part of your setup that carries out approved actions. The count is not the number of end customers or agreements. We will agree which instances count, including any backup or test instances, before you order; this page does not promise that those instances are free or included.
Agree the setup as well as the licence.
Before a paid trial or installation, agree the covered environments, executor count, test and backup arrangements, integrations, setup work, responsibilities and support. Any separately charged work or outside service must be identified in the agreement. There is no automatic allowance for extra sites or installations.
Start with a private pilot outline or explore the workflows and current limits.
Planned production plans
These plans are not currently for sale. We will confirm prices and support terms when they become available.

| Enterprise | Contact us at release. | 25 included; maximum 100. | Planned options include on-site audit support, integration with your certificate system, source-code escrow (a copy held by an agreed third party) and priority for agreed future improvements. Terms and response commitments agreed for your project. |
Extra-executor prices for production plans will be agreed separately. The beta add-on rate does not automatically carry over.
The licence
Commercial use of covered Covenant core code needs a paid written licence. This includes business trials, development and internal use. Earlier MIT licences and third-party licences keep their existing rights. The public documentation and browser demo remain separately MIT licensed.
Your written agreement will name the supplier, the software and services covered, the price and the support terms. Mary Mount Research is currently a working name; the supplier’s identity will be fixed in the written agreement before a paid trial or licence. Using this calculator or contacting us does not place an order, accept a licence or make a payment.

We are open to offers for the codebase and intellectual property we control. Any sale would depend on agreed terms and would respect existing licences and third-party rights.
